In these years of activity, Bluservice has master pieced three operational areas:
Consultancy, web based software and telephone and back office operational services.
Mission
Bluservice has a completely different approach towards its customers compared with “normal” outsourcing service companies. We try not to be occasional suppliers but to create real multi-year partnership relationships with our customers. Only this approach can allow us to be updated on all the commercial and administrative news introduced by our customers in order to be able to provide high quality services.
We have the same loyalty approach with our employees, most of whom have been with us since the beginning of the business. Having a stable staff structure is the greatest guarantee that can be offered to customers in terms of work continuity and specific know-how of the client company’s needs.
